We are always looking for supportive learning and work environments for the skilled young adults in our programs.

#2 - Mentor a Young Live Events Professional!
Share your experience and help guide the next generation. We're looking for mentors to support the young adults in our program with technical skills, encouragement, and industry insights.
Mentor positions are paid.

#3 - Lead A Masterclass
Have a special skill you’d like to share?
Host a Masterclass in your venue to give participants hands-on exposure to your area of expertise - from lighting design and stage management to video walls.

#4 - Provide Financial Support
Help us grow by supporting our mission financially. Whether you're sponsoring an event or funding part of our program, your contribution directly empowers young people to pursue creative careers.
